Returns and Exchanges
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact WholeMade Homestead if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment must be made prior to sending you a proof of the personalized product (if requested).
Processing Time for Physical Products
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday thru Friday). All shipping includes tracking number! All orders are shipped directly from our printing partner. For any questions regarding shipping or tracking your order, please send an email to email@example.com.
Items are shipped either:
- USPS Parcel Post (Shipping Time Estimated: 3-9 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (Shipping Time Estimated: 1-4 business days)
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
What is the turnaround time for my items?
Personalized items such as stickers are 1-2 business days. Sometimes faster if time allows!
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I would be thrilled to work with you to create a custom piece. Email WholeMade Homestead with your idea and we can go from there.
