Returns and Exchanges

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact WholeMade Homestead if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

Payment must be made prior to sending you a proof of the personalized product (if requested).

Shipping

Processing Time for Physical Products

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday thru Friday). All shipping includes tracking number! All orders are shipped directly from our printing partner. For any questions regarding shipping or tracking your order, please send an email to alisha@wholemadehomestead.com.

Items are shipped either:

USPS Parcel Post (Shipping Time Estimated: 3-9 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (Shipping Time Estimated: 1-4 business days)

What is the turnaround time for my items?

Personalized items such as stickers are 1-2 business days. Sometimes faster if time allows!

Do you accept custom orders?
