How to Make Garlic Bread

In a mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the warm water, milk, butter, honey, salt, egg and vital wheat gluten, if using. Beat until combined. Add 2 1/2 cups of flour and mix until a wet batter forms. Add yeast and mix to combine.

Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Brush any excess garlic butter over the top of the loaf. Cover the loaf and let rise for an another 45 minutes, until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake in oven for 33-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Carefully remove loaf from pan and place onto cooling rack. Serve and enjoy!
